ACHIEVING DREAMS AND LEARNING ALONG THE WAY One of Papua New Guinea's leading Artists, Nathalie Le Riche returns to her home town Brisbane to showcase her unique art in her first Australian solo exhibition. Living in Papua New Guinea for twenty years, her stunning art is a tribute to all things positive and timeless about Papua New Guinea, its people and its culture. Nathalie’s various art styles all have their own inner message like an offering hand reaching out to helping others. It isn’t just art it’s a journey of learning whilst encouraging others to pursue their dreams and confront their fears.
From being a teenager whose self worth was rock bottom, Nathalie set upon a mission to see if dreams really did come true to those who believed. She discovered with faith that amazing things do happen and doorways uncannily open when you learn the art of believing. Yet at the same time, she learnt when you dare to dream big, the biggest hurdle to deal with is fear. She leant many lessons along the way. That happiness is based on gratitude and thankfulness.
To succeed you must confront your fears. That one must find a balance in life between work and family. If you fall off the path and find yourself in a black hole you can find a way out even when you fall many times. To find inner peace one must forgive and admit when wrong. Words cannot hurt you unless you choose to let them. That life should be fun and full of new adventures and sometimes you will never find the answer to why. Accept and move on. Nathalie believes we all have a unique gift to share to help make the world a better place. Nathalie hopes her art can be a positive reminder to others that you can overcome your hurdles and find inner happiness by following your dreams. Within Papua New Guinea Nathalie’s work is on high demand by both individuals and corporations.
You can see her art literally soaring through the clouds on the tail of the Regional Pacific Kingair aircraft, on murals at Hoskins Airport, on the walls of ANZ Bank, Kimbe and on the front cover of various magazines just to name a few. Nathalie's reputation in the international market is well established not only through her original arts but also through various contracts and art licences out of New York. Nathalie’s gift range is available in specialty shops throughout Papua New Guinea and on the internet. Her gift range includes: Limited Edition Prints, Coaster/Placemat Sets with tribal and tropical fish designs, Gift Cards and Gift Bag.
Nathalie’s new goal is to establish a Brisbane based business with her art and gift range. With her positive and determined attitude she has, her dream to be just like Ken Done is very likely to come true.
