Site UnSeen will be created and produced by a unique executive partnership of: The City of Port Phillip
(and, through the St. Kilda Inclusion Project, also The Department of Human Services and The Department of Planning and Community Development); The Port Phillip Community Group,
a constituted organisation with a long and noteworthy history of working with homeless people;
The Many Moons Group, an incorporated association of art-makers of wide experience and award-winning achievements and Sacred Heart Mission who care for hundreds of St Kilda’s most disenfranchised community members on a daily basis.
